Same bikini, different mind. For #TrainToTransformTues, this is going out to any girl or guy who feels frustrated because you can't see changes in your physique. I've had that feeling many times. To echo my coach, have patience and trust the process. :) It takes time and commitment, if it were easy, we wouldn't learn from anything.

I felt frustrated many times cause of my bulky frame despite training hard & thinking i was eating right. Wasn't until I went under @Benperformancecoach wings, that i was able to learn what works for me body and i'm still learning. Here are some of his tips on how he got me to lean down for any girl who faces the same problem as me.

3 simple tips to consider when changing a bulkier, more muscular body shape (mesomorph) into a slender athletic physique:

1) 👉🏼Putting on ‘bulk’ is an indication that while you’re effective in building muscle, you are also being too generous in your calories. Simply speaking, training hard does not give you an all access pass to sugarcity, fruits included. Excess calories, often from sugars will increase subcutaneous fat deposited over the muscle gained, giving a ‘bulky’ appearance. Train smart, but eat smarter!
2)👉🏼Sometimes it’s lifting lighter loads for multiple reps that will grow those thighs. Want slimmer quads? Try lifting heavier loads for 4 to 6 reps instead. This can get you stronger without stacking on the unwanted ‘mass’
3) 👉🏼A bulky appearance can often be a result of subcutaneous water retention, causing one to appear ‘chunkier’ than they actually are. This is often a function of stress build-up due to excessive prolonged cardio and exercise. Remember, clocking up your gym miles does not equate rewards.
